About 90 people gathered on Signal Hill on Nov. 2 to celebrate the Bicentenary of the Birth of the Báb through music, poetry, dance, paintings and even quilts. The arts were central to a worldwide celebration of the Bicentenary.

Bahá’ís in St. John’s are planning a celebration – and you’re invited. Join us at the Signal Hill campus of Memorial University on Nov. 2 to mark the bicentennial of the Birth of the Báb.
This week will be a joyous one for the Bahá’is of the northeast Avalon as they celebrate the birth of Bahá’u’lláh and the birth of The Báb.
On Tuesday, Bahá’ís will commemorate the martyrdom of the Báb, a Messenger of God whom they regard as the Herald of their Faith.
