This month’s Soul Food will focus on oneness in all its forms – between humankind and nature, between us and our creator, and between one another.
The Soul Food series sponsored by the Baha’is of St. John’s returns on Sunday, August 26, at the Bowring Park Amphitheatre with a theme focused on unity.
Entitled “Visions of Oneness,” the event will feature music, poetry and visual art centred upon oneness. These art forms will accompany readings from a variety of spiritual, philosophic and Indigenous traditions.
This month’s featured performer will be Lucas Hanrahan.
Soul Food provides an opportunity to unite in a tranquil environment and reflect on inspiring themes and common threads that tie us all together.
The program will begin at 2 pm, followed by a social at 3 pm at the Bowring Park Amphitheatre.
